Our beef is processed by a team of professional butchers and exceeds all guidelines set by N.S.W. food authorities. We sell our beef in sample packs through to whole steers. Your pack will include a mix of premium cuts, roasts, sausages, stock bones, and mince, giving you a taste of each part of the cow.
